Important Update for Our Patients
From 1 November 2025, Medicare has introduced changes to the Better Access initiative. This means we are no longer able to complete Mental Health Care Plans over the phone.
To access or review a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you’ll now need to book a face‑to‑face appointment with your GP at our clinic.
These changes are part of a national move to improve continuity of care. Our team is here to support you and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
